អ៊ិន តាំ បានិយាយថា លន់ នល់ បានដឹងថា អ៊ិន តាំ មិនបានធ្វើអ្វីទេលើការជួយប្រទេសនេះប៉ុន្ដែ អ៊ិន តំា ចង់ការពារតំណែង និងអមណាចរបស់ខ្លួន។ អាមេរិកបានផ្ដល់ជំនួបថវិការយ៉ាងច្រើន ប៉ុន្ដែ រដ្ឋាភិបាលបានបរាជ័យលើការគ្រប់គ្រងថវិការនេះ និង ថវិកានេះបានចូលក្នុងដៃបុគ្គលពុករលួយ។
