Bet Ban is PTSD victim. His wife called Em Kit.Em Kit is 51 years old. He has 8 children. His father called Bet. Bet died when he was 64 years old. Bet died in 1972 in Kraing Ta-Chann.His mother called Ouch Noch. Och Noch died because of bomb. He has 8 siblings, but four of them died. In the Khmer Rouge regime, he was lacking of food, medical care, and shelter. He used to be imprisoned. He used to be brainwashed. He was close to death. He was separated from his family members. He was lost. He used to suffocate in 1975. Recently, he feels as though the event is happening again. He has recurrent nighmares. He finds it is difficult in concentrating. He has trouble sleeping. He feels on guard. He is avoiding activities that remind him of the traumatic events. He is avoiding thoughts associated with the traumatic experience. He feels that people do not understand clearly what happended to him. He finds it is difficult in performing his daily tasks. He blames himself for things that have happened. He feels guilty for having survived. He spends time thinking about why these events happened to him.
បេត បានមានជំងឺបាក់ស្បាត។ ប្រពន្ធគាត់ឈ្មោះអែម គិត។ អែម គិតមានអាយុ៥១ឆ្នាំ។ គាត់មានកូន៨នាក់។ ឪពុកឈ្មោះបេត។ បេតស្លាប់នៅពេលគាត់អាយុ៦៤ឆ្នាំ។ បេតស្លាប់នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២នៅក្រាំងតាចាន់។ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះអ៊ុច ណុច។ អ៊ុច ណុចស្លាប់ដោយសារគ្រាប់ផេ្លាង។ បេត បានមានបងប្អូន៨នាក់ ប៉ុនែ្ដ៤នាក់ស្លាប់។ នៅសម័យខែ្មរក្រហម គាត់ខ្វះខាតម្ហូបម្ហា ថ្នាំពេទ្យ និងជម្រកស្នាក់នៅ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ជាប់ឃុំឃាំង។ គាត់ត្រូវគេអប់រំអោយផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគំនិត។ គាត់ជិតតែនឹងត្រូវស្លាប់ខ្លួន។ គាត់ត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមបំបែកចេញពីសមាជិកគ្រសារដោយបង្ខំ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់វងេ្វង។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ថប់ដង្ហើមនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន គាត់គិតថាហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ឈឺចាប់ដែលគាត់មានកំពុងតែកើតឡើងជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀត។ គាត់យល់សប្ដិអាក្រក់។ គាត់ពិបាកផ្ចង់គំនិត។ គាត់ពិបាកទទួលទានដំណេក។ គាត់មានអារម្មណ៍ចេះតែប្រុងខ្លួនជានិច្ច។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងនូវសកម្មភាពដែលធើ្វឱ្យគាត់នឹកដល់ហេតុការណ៍ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដ។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងមិនឱ្យគិតអំពីហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់គិតថាអ្នកឯទៀតយល់ដឹងពុំច្បាស់លាស់អំពីរឿងរ៉ាវដែលបានកើតឡើងចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់មានការលំបាកនៅក្នុងការបំពេញមុខងារផេ្សងៗ។ គាត់ស្ដីបន្ទោសខ្លួនឯងចំពោះរឿងរ៉ាវដែលបានកើតមានចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់ស្ដីបន្ទោសខ្លួនឯងដែលនៅរស់រានមានជីវិត។ គាត់ចេះតែធេ្វឱ្យចំណាយពេលគិតឆ្ងល់ថា ហេតុអ្វីបានជាហេតុការណ៍ទាំងអស់នេះកើតមានឡើងចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់គិតថាគាត់ហាក់ដូចជាចង់ទៅជាឆ្កួត។
