Refugees international, a Washington, D.C. based advocacy organization, voiced its deep ongoing concern for the protection of the more than 300,000 Cambodians along the Thai-Cambodian border. These people was forcibly returned to Cambodia by the Khmer Rouge.
អង្គការតស៊ូមតិជាមូលដ្ឋាននៅ វ៉ាស៊ីនតោន ឌី.ស៊ី ស្ដីពីជនភៀសសខ្លួនអន្ដរ ជាតិបាននិយាយយ៉ាងខ្លាំងៗអំពីការប្រព្រឹត្ដទៅសម្រាប់ការពារទៅលើប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា ជាង៣០០០០០ ដែលនៅតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែនថៃ-កម្ពុជា។ ប្រជាជនទាំងនោះគឺត្រូវបានបង្ខំឱ្យត្រឡប់មកកាន់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា វិញដោយក្រុមខ្មែរក្រហម។
