Oxfam was calling for the ending of the UN relief to Kampuchea refugees over Thai border on the grounds that it was bolstering troops of the Khmer Rouge whose government under Pol Pot had the world's worst human rights record since Hitler.
អង្គការអ៊ុកហ្វាម បានអំពាវនាវឱ្យអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិបញ្ចប់ការផ្ដល់ ជំនួយដល់ជនភៀសខ្លួនកម្ពុជាដែលនៅក្នុងបណ្ដោយខ្សែព្រំដែនប្រទេសថៃ ដោយឈរលើមូលដ្ឋានថារដ្ឋាភិបាលខ្មែរក្រហមដែលស្ថិតនៅក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ ប៉ុល ពត កំពុងតែពង្រឹងកងទ័ពរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយក្រុមនោះក៏ជា ក្រុមដែលជាប់ឈ្មោះថាជាអ្នកដែលរំលោភលើសិទិ្ធមនុស្សយ៉ាងព្រៃផ្សៃនៅ លើកំណត់ត្រាពិភពលោកបន្ទាប់ពីហ៊ីត្លែរ។
