UNTAC made a great progress. The cease-fire had been restored in Kampong Thom province, and the party of Democratic Kampuchea had begun to remove restrictions on access by UNTAC to areas controlled by it.
អ៊ុន តាក់ បានបង្កើតឡើងនូវដំណើការដ៏ប្រសើរមួយ ។ ការបាញ់គ្នាត្រូវ ត្រឡប់មកវិញនៅក្នុងខេត្ដ កំពង់ធំ និង គណបក្សកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យបាន ចាប់ផ្ដើមដកចេញពីការដាក់កម្រិត ទៅលើការខិតជិតនៃអ៊ុន តាក់ ក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងតំបន់ជាច្រើន ដោយពួក គេផ្ទាល់។
