Prum Tem aka Chhon was involved in the revolution through Sot aka Ngin. From 1961 to 1963, Ngin educated Chhon to join the CIA with Ly, district chief, being an acceptor. In 1970, he was a chief of Rumchek village. At that time, Sot introduced Chhon to a number of network to carry out anti-revolutionary CIA forces. In 1971, Kiem, secretary of Chamkar Leu district, assigned Chhon to deputy secretary of Taprok sub-district, and contacted the network of Hut, Khun, Hakk, Sem, Om and Pris. In 1973, Sot and Kiem ordered Chhon to contact the above network: Tol, Baun, and Khoem to receive anti-revolutionary plans. Chhon conspired with the network to release 20 Free Khmer members. For the prisoners, they died of back injuries which were attacked by our interrogator comrades. There were 33 networksimplicated in this confession.
ព្រុំ តែម ហៅ ឆុន ជាប់ក្នុងចលនាបដិវត្ដន៍តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ សុត ហៅ ងិន ឆ្នាំ ១៩៦១ ដល់ ១៩៦៣ ងិន អប់រំ ឆុន ឱ្យចូល សេអីអា មានចៅហ្វាយស្រុកឈ្មោះ លី ទទួលស្គាល់ ។ ១៩៧០ ជាអនុប្រធានភូមិរំចេក ពេលនោះសុតបានឱ្យឆុនស្គាល់ខ្សែមួយចំនួនទៀតទាក់ទងធ្វើសកម្មភាពកសាងកម្លាំង សេអីអា ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ ។ ១៩៧១ កៀម លេខាស្រុកចំការ លើបានចាត់តាំងឆុន ជាអនុលេខាឃុំតាប្រុកហើយឱ្យទាក់ទង ខ្សែមានឈ្មោះ ហ៊ុត, ឃុន, ហាក់, សែម, អុំ និងព្រីស ដល់ ១៩៧២ កៀមឱ្យឆុនមកកាន់អនុលេខាឃុំចំការអណ្ទូង ធ្វើសកម្មភាព ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ជាមួយហាក់និងលឿម ។ បន្ទាប់មក ១៩៧៣ សុត និង កៀមបានឱ្យឆុន ទាក់ទងស្គាល់ខ្សែខាងលើមានឈ្មោះ តុល, បូន និងខឹម ដើម្បីទទួលផែនការប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ ។ ឆុនរួមជាមួយ បក្សពួកដោះលែងខ្មែរសចំនួន ២០នាក់។ ចំពោះអ្នកទោស នេះពេលសួរមកដល់ ១៩៧៤ ក៏ឈឺស្លាប់ដោយរបួសខ្នងត្រូវមិត ្ដអ្នកសួរវ៉ៃថែមទៀត ។ នៅក្នុងចំលើយមានបញ្ជីឈ្មោះបក្សពួកចំនួន ៣៣នាក់ជាប់នៅក្នុងចម្លើយនេះ ។
