According to the review the month of March was a bloody month in Cambodia. As the Cambodian human rights groups jointly stated, respect for life and dignity of all people was the fundamental principle upon which all human rights are based.
យោងទៅតាមសេចក្ដីរំលឹកបានលើកឡើងថាខែមិនាគឺជាខែដែលមានការ បង្ហូរឈាមច្រើនជាងគេនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ នៅពេលដែលក្រុមសិទិ្ធ មនុស្សកម្ពុជាបានធ្វើការរួមគ្នាជាមួយនឹងរដ្ឋាភិបាលមានការគោរពទៅលើ អាយុជីវិតនិងគោរពលើសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្លូររបស់ប្រជាជនគ្រប់ៗរូបដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះសម្រាប់ផ្ដោតទៅលើសិទិ្ធមនុស្ស។
