Cambodian soldiers, cheated of their salaries and food for months, killed a pay officer, disemboweled him, and ate his flesh and organs. The killing took place when the pay offer told the troops they would be paid only when moved to front.
យោធាកម្ពុជា បានកេងប្រវ័ញ្ចប្រាក់បៀវត្ស និង ស្បៀងអាហារប្រចាំខែរបស់ពួកគេ។ បានសម្លាប់មន្ដ្រីបើកប្រាក់បៀវត្សម្នាក់ បានវះពោះវៀនចេញ និង ស៊ីសាច់ហុតឈាម។ ការសម្លាប់បានកើតឡើងនៅពេលដែលផ្ដល់ប្រាកបៀវត្ស៍ បានប្រាប់ថា យោធាបើកតែពេលឡើងទៅសមរភូមិតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
