Prum So aka Say, member of Industry Ministry, was arrested on March 12, 1978, Khmao, deputy chief of Industry Ministry and Yin Yem aka Phirum Nguy, soldier of repairing section and industrial transport, were arrested on June 27, 1978, confessed to activities of 75 people who had treatment in hospital.
ព្រំ សូ ហៅ សាយ សមាជិកក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម «ចាប់ខ្លួន ថ្ងៃទី១២-០៣-១៩៧៨» ខ្មៅ អនុប្រធានក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម «ចាប់ខ្លួន ២៧-៦-១៩៧៨» និង យិន យឹម ហៅ ភីរុំង៉ុយ យុទ្ធជនជួសជុល និងដឹកជញ្ជូនឧស្សាហកម្ម «ចាប់ខ្លួន ២៧-៦-១៩៧៨» បាន ឆ្លើយដាក់មនុស្សនៅក្នុងមន្ទីរពេទ្យចំនួន ៧៥នាក់។
