Khieu Samphan, Vice president of Democratic Kampuchea in charge of foreign affair, gave a speech to other government of the world to reassure that the Universally condemned policies and practices of a resent past would not exist again.
ខៀវ សំផន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យក្នុងជំនួបកិច្ចការបរទេស បានថ្លែងថាសុន្ទរកថាទៅកាន់រដ្ឋាភិបាលដទៃទៀតក្នុងពិភពលោកដើម្បីបព្ជាក់ពីគោលនយោបាយថ្កោលទោសសកល និង ការអនុវត្ដនៃអតីតកាលមិនអាចកើតមានសារជាថ្មីទេ។
