Weissbrodt wanted to response to senator Proxmire's request for his opinion as to whether Genocide as defined by the Genocide Convention has occurred either in Uganda or Democratic Kampuchea.
វេសស្ព័ត ចង់ធ្វើការឆ្លើយតបទៅកាន់ការស្នើរបស់សមាជិកព្រឹទ្ធសភា ហ្វ្រក់ ម៉ាយ សម្រាប់ទស្សនៈរបស់លោកទៅកាន់អំពើប្រល័យពូជ សាសន៍ ដូចត្រូវ ចង្អុលបង្ហាញដោយអនុសញ្ញាប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ដែល បានកើត មានឡើង មិនថានៅក្នុងប្រទេស អ៊ូហ្គង់ដា រឺកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។
