The Vietnamese controlled most of Cambodia. But they didn't control the largest Cambodian city. This was not in Cambodia at all, but in Thailand. Its name was Kao-I-Dung, and it was run by a young British journalist working for UNHCR.
វៀតណាមបានធ្វើការកាន់កាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមួយផ្នែកធំ ប៉ុន្ដែមិនមែនគ្រប់ គ្រងទៅលើទីក្រុងដែលធំជាងគេនៅកម្ពុជានោះទេ តែវៀតណាមគ្រប់គ្រងទៅ លើទីក្រុងដែលធំនៅប្រទេសថៃទៅវិញដែល មានឈ្មោះថា ខាវ អ៊ីដាង ហើយនិងត្រូវបានបើកឱ្យដំណើរការដោយ អ្នកកាសែតវ័យកេ្មងជនជាតិអង់គេ្លសមួយរូបដែលបានធ្វើការឱ្យឧត្ដមស្នង ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកជនភៀសខ្លួន។
