Although government leaders had been vowing to fight until the last drop of blood, the government military commanders ordered its troops to surrender their weapons to the insurgents. Then the black-uniformed rebels started entering the capital, first from the North and then from the West and South.
ទោះបីមេដឹកនាំរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានបេ្ដជ£ាប្រយុទ្ធរហូតដល់ដំណក់ឈាមចុងក្រោយ មេបព្ជាការយោធារដ្ឋាភិបាលបានបព្ជាកងទ័ពរបស់ខ្លួន ចុះចាញ់ប្រគល់សព្វាវុធនរបស់ពួកគេទៅឱ្យក្រុមពួកបះបោរ។ បន្ទាប់មកកងទ័ពឧទ្ទាមស្លៀកពាក់ឯកសណ្ឋានពណ៌ខ្មៅបានចាប់ផ្ដើមចូលក្នុងរាជធានីដំបូងតាមច្រកខាងជើង បន្ទាប់មកពីខាងលិច និងខាងត្បូង។
