Senator Evans gave through his speech a possible alternative approach to a comprehensive settlement, He expressed that Pol Pot and other genocidal butchers of the Khmer Rouge killing Fields should never again be allowed to exercise power in Cambodia.
សេណាឌ័រ អ៊ីវាន ផ្ដល់វិធីសាស្ដ្រតាមរយៈការថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាដែលធ្វើឱ្យមានការដោះស្រាយមានលក្ខណៈពេញលេញគាត់លើកឡើងថា ប៉ុល ពត និង ពិជ្ឃឃាតដទៃទៀតក្នុងប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ នៃវាលពិឃាតរបស់ខ្មែរក្រហម គឺមិនអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យកាន់កាប់អំណាចនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាម្ដងទៀតទេ។
