The report of Duch, chief of S-21, on 3 women prisoners' confession in having sex with men and the enemy named Kun taking away weapon and shooting himself in the prison. This report dated on September 26, 1976 and November 1, 1977 and signed by Duch. The other document said about the building of CIA forces in the Free Khmer Movement under the leader of Thach Nen, who had hidden under cover in Sihanouk regime since 1958-1970.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍របស់ ឌុច ប្រធាន ស-២១ ស្ដីពីចម្លើយ សារភាពរបស់អ្នកទោស ៣នាក់ ពីសកម្មភាពពាលាអាវាសែរបស់ ខ្លួនជាមួយយុវជន និងសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ ស្ដីពីខ្មាំងឈ្មោះ គន យកកាំភ្លើងបាន ហើយបាញ់សម្លាប់ខ្លួន នៅក្នុងបន្ទប់ឃុំឃាំង។ សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍នេះបានធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ កញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ និងថ្ងៃទី ១ វិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយ ឌុច ។ ចំពោះឯកសារផេ្សងៗទៀតនិយាយពីការកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា ក្នុងចលនាខ្មែរសេរី ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ថាច់ ណេន ជាអ្នកធ្វើចលនា និងបង្កប់ក្នុងរដ្ឋការសីហនុ ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៥៨ ដល់ ១៩៧០។
