The statement of Democratic Kampuchea stated that after the withdrawal of all the Vietnamese aggression forces, all other issues of Kampuchea are internal matters that must be left to the Kampuchean people to decide by themselves free from any outside interference.
សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់កម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យបានលើកឡើងថា ក្រោយពីការដកចេញនៃកំលាំងឈ្លានពានរបស់វៀតណាមឱ្យចេញអស់ពីកម្ពុជាបព្ហាដទៃទៀតនៃកម្ពុជាគឺបព្ហាផ្ទៃក្នុងដែលត្រូវឱ្យប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាធ្វើការជ្រើសរើសពីសេរីភាពផ្ទាស់ខ្លួនដោយគ្មានការជ្រៀតជ្រែកពីខាងក្រៅ។
