Kassie Neou in his statement urged the Commission to consider and express its serious concern that the present situation in Kampuchea resulted in grave contemporary Human Rights violations against Kampuchean by the foreign occupation forces and by Kampuchean political authorities on both sides of the Kampuchean conflict.
សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់ កេសីកនូវ បានបង្ហាញពីបេសកម្មក្នុងការពិចារណា និងបង្ហាញពីអារម្មណ៍ពិតប្រាកដជាលទ្ធផលនៃស្ថានភាពនៅកម្ពុជាគឺផ្នូររបស់ សហជីវិកដែលរំលោភលើសិទ្ធមនុស្សប្រឆាំងកម្ពុជាដែលកាន់កាប់ដោយទ័ព បរទេសនិង នយោបាយកម្ពុជាទៅលើភាគីជម្លោះទាំងសងខាងរបស់កម្ពុជា។
