Hunger was ever-present in Cambodia, where in normal days the granaries would be full. There were almost no rice seeds in farmer's hand as the planting season approached.
គ្រោះទុរភិក្សសុទ្ធតែធ្លាប់មានវត្ដមាននៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ កន្លែងខ្លះនៅក្នុងស្ថានភាពធម្មតាជម្រុកស្រូវសឹងតែមានស្រូវពេញជម្រុក។ តែឥឡូវសឹងតែគ្មានគ្រាប់ស្រូវនៅក្នុងនៅក្នុងកណ្ដាប់ដៃរបស់កសិករដូចទៅនឹងរដូវស្ទូង។
