Naing Sa, 30, was born in Kraing Takea village, Snao sub-district, Prey Kabass district, Takeo province. Since 1965, he studied in Sangkum Nirum high school II, and was introduced to join the CIA by Seng Leang Heng, professor and to link with Khieu Komar and Nut Bunseng's network. In 1973, he taught in 18 March high school and also linked with By Siphann. Moreover, Naing Sa carried out an activity to spy on the Khmer Rouge and organized the Humanitarian Organization in order to attract the people. From 1975 to 1977, he continuously contacted former network and then was arrested in Kirivoan cooperative, Rol Chrouk village, Preah Net Preah district. Besides, there was the name list of 17 people, who had concerned with Naing Sa's contact.
ឈ្មោះ ណាំង សា អាយុ ៣១ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិក្រាំងតាគា ឃុំស្នោ ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ ពី ១៩៦៥ នៅវិទ្យាល័យ សង្គមរាស្ដ្រនិយមទី២ និងចូលសេអ៊ីអាតាមរយៈ សេង លាងហេង សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ ហើយបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ខៀវ កុមារ និង នុត ប៊ុនសុង។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ បង្រៀននៅវិទ្យាល័យ ១៨ មិនា និងបាន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ប៊ី ស៊ីផាន់។ ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ដល់ ១៩៧៧ បាន ទាក់ទងខ្សែចាស់ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ និងត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន នៅភូមិរោល ជ្រូក សហករណ៍គីរីវ័ន្ដ ស្រុកព្រះនេត្រព្រះ។ ណាំង សា បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពតាមដានខ្មែរក្រហម បង្កើតអង្គការមនុស្សធម៌ទាក់ទាញ ប្រជាជន និងមានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះមនុស្សចំនួន ១៧នាក់ ដែល ណាំង សា បានទាក់ទង។
