There was a successful negotiation between Prince Sihanouk and the present government. The Prince returned to Phnom Penh to general acclamation as Head of state with limited power. Election would be held under international supervision.
នេះគឺជោគជ័យនៃការចរចាររវាងសមេ្ដច សីហនុ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលដែល កាន់អំណាច។ ព្រះអង្គបានយាងត្រឡប់មកកាន់ទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញដោយ មហា អបអរសារទរក្នុងនាមជាប្រមុខរដ្ឋដែលមានអំណាចកំណត់។ ការបោះឆ្នោត ជ្រើសរើសត្រូវស្ថិតនៅក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់អន្ដរជាតិ។
