Pry Doeur aka Soeun, group chief of Kbal Thnal energy unit, implicated Khann, commander of Chroy Chang Var state warehouse, in Soeun's confession. In August 1973, Khann and Soeun were indoctrinated by Sang, living in Prasat Bapuon, with traitorous ideology. In August 1976, they received the plot from Sang to destroy 3 gasolines warehouse of tire factory in Ta Khmao and burn down Russei Keo warehouse with Maly.
ប្រី ឌឿ ហៅ សឿន មេក្រុមនៅថាមពល ក្បាលថ្នល់ ឆ្លើយពី ខាន់ បញ្ជាការអនុសេនាតូច ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋជ្រោយចង្វារ ថាៈ នៅខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខាន់ និង សឿន បានទទួលការអប់រំអោយក្បត់ពី សាង នៅប្រាសាទបាពួន។ ខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការពី សាង អោយកមេ្ទចឃ្លាំងសាំងទាំងបី រោងចក្រកង់ឡាន នៅតាខ្មៅ និងដុតឃ្លាំងសាំងឫស្សីកែវជាមួយ ម៉ាលី។
