San Rong aka Srorn, cadre of regiment, division 335, confessed that Nhim indoctrinated Lay to betray [the party] in October 1974. Lay received a plot from Sorn to convince soldiers to flee home so as to affect on the labor, and to allow soldiers to go home in order to make them see the difficult livelihood of parents in 1000 families-cooperative; moreover, Lay also carried out those activities until now.
រ៉ុង ហៅ ស្រន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាធំ កងពល៣៣៥ បាន និយាយថា ញឹម អប់រំកសាងអោយ ឡាយ ក្បត់នៅខែ១០ ១៩៧៤។ ឡាយ បានទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី ស្រន បានអោយបំផុស យុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ដើម្បីអោយប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការងារពលកម្ម បើកសិទ្ធិអោយយុទ្ធជនទៅផ្ទះដើម្បីអោយឃើញពីការលំបាក របស់សហករណ៍១០០០គ្រួសារ។ ឡាយ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពនេះ រហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន។
