This is the convention on the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide which consists of 19 articles and approved and proposed for signature and ratification or accession by General Assembly resolution 260 A(III)of 9 December 1948.
នេះគឺជាអនុសញ្ញាស្ដីពីការបង្ការនិងការដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មទៅលើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម ប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ដែលមាននៅក្នុងមាត្រា១៩និងបានផ្ដលសច្ចាប័ននិងស្នើឱ្យចុះហត្ថលេខាព្រមទាំង សច្ចានុម័ត ឬការយល់ព្រមដោយការដោះស្រាយ របស់មហាសន្និបាត ២៦០ អេ (បី) នៃខែធ្នូទី ០៩ ឆ្នាំ១៩៤៨។
