Chhuon Boran confessed that in May 1970, he joined the revolution. In May 1975, he was introduced by Chorn to join CIA. In easily way to carry out CIA's plan to revolt against the revolution, Boran built up more CIA forces in power plant factory and some factories.
ឈួន បូរ៉ាន បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបានចូលធ្វើបដិវត្ដក្នុងខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ និង ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ជន ជាអ្នកណែនាំឱ្យចូល។ បូរ៉ាន កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ នៅតាមរោងចក្រនានា និងនៅបណ្ដាញអគ្គិសនី ក្នុងគោលបំណង ពង្រីកសេអ៊ីអាឱ្យបានច្រើន ដើម្បីងាយស្រួលអនុវត្ដផែនការ សេអ៊ីអា ប្រឆាំងនិងបដិវត្ដ។
