In the case of the Cambodian Genocide, there were a number of avenues that could be pursued to bring about an international response to that criminal tragedy. Upon US ratification of the genocide convention. the most straight forward course for action would be an approach to the ICJ utilizing the dispute procedures established by articled IX.
នៅក្នុងករណីនេះអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍នៅកម្ពុជា មានមធ្យោបាយមួយ ចំនួនដែលអាចបន្ដដើម្បីនាំយកអំពីការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងសោកនាដកម្មនៃ ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មអន្ដរជាតិនេះ។ លើការចុះសច្ចាប័នរបស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកទៅកាន់ អនុសញ្ញាស្ដីពីអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ។ ភាគច្រើនកម្មវិធីសិក្សាដែលជា ធម្មតាសម្រាប់សកម្មភាពដែលឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ប្រើប្រាស់តុលាការយុត្ដិធម៌ អន្ដរជាតិលើដំណើរការនៃវិវាទត្រូវបានបង្កើតដោយមាត្រា៩។
