In June 1987, Amnesty International published a report on political imprisonment and torture in the People's Republic of Kampuchea. It was based on first-hand testimony and described many allegations of lengthy imprisonment without charge or trial and of torture.
នៅក្នុងខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៨៧ អង្គការលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិបានចុះ ផ្សាយនូវរបាយការណ៍មួយច្បាប់ស្ដីអំពីការឃុំឃាំងទៅលើអ្នកទោស នយោបាយនិងការធ្វើទារុណកម្មទៅលើអ្នកទោសនៅក្នុងសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជា។ ការចុះផ្សាយនេះគឺផ្ដោតទៅលើចម្លើយសក្ខីភាពដំបូងបង្អស និងការរៀបរាប់ពីការចោទប្រកាន់ដោយគ្មានភស្ដុតាង អស់កាលជាយូរ ណាស់មកហើយ រឿងដែលជាប់ឃុំឃាំងដោយគ្មានការកាត់ទោសរឺការចោទ ប្រកាន់ព្រមទាំងរឿងដែលធ្វើទារុណកម្មធ្ងន់ធ្ងរទៅលើអ្នកជាប់ឃុំឃាំង។
