At the invitation of the Foreign Ministers of the People's Republic of Kampuchea, a conference of foreign ministers of Vietnam, Kampuchea and ,Laos was held in Phnom Penh from June 13-14, 1981. They exchanged views on the international and regional situation and discussed measure aimed at strengthening solidarity and all-round cooperation among the three countries.
នៅការអពោ្ជីញពីរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីការបរទេសនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា សន្និសីទមួយ របស់មន្ដ្រីការបរទេសវៀតណាម កម្ពុជា ឡាវ គឺនៅភ្នំពេញពីថ្ងៃទី១៣-១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨១ ។ គេបានផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទស្សនៈលើអន្ដរជាតិ និង ស្ថានភាពតំបន់និងពិភាក្សាថ្លឹងថ្លែងពីគោលបំណងនៅការសាមគ្គីឱ្យកាន់តែ រឹងមាំឡើងនិងក្នុងចំណោមសហប្រតិបតិ្ដការបីប្រទេស។
