In this paper, an attempt is made to clarify the meaning of the word "Genocide". Crime of genocide has two elements an actus reus which can be anyone or more of five stipulated acts and a menrea which is the intent to destroy anyone or more of four stipulated groups either in whole or in part.
នៅអត្ថបទនេះព្យាយាមធ្វើការវែកញែកនិយមន័យនៃពាក្យ «ប្រល័យពូជ សាសន៍» ។ ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ចែកចេញជាធាតុពីរ គឺ អំពើ ពិរុទ្ធដែលអាចធ្វើទៅលើអ្នកណាម្នាក់ឬអាចលើសពីអំពើទាំង៥ដែល ចែង និងបំណងឧក្រិដ្ឋគឺជាការមានបំណងចង់បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញនរណាម្នាក់ ឬ អាច លើសអំពើទាំងបួនប្រភេទដែលបានចែងមិនថាទាំងស្រុងឬដោយផ្នែក។
