Chhim Sim aka Pin, member of office K-1, confessed that Lim, working at political battalion, division 310, received the plot from Choeun to build up more traitorous force, to convince people to revolt against the revolution and to persuade soldiers to be lazy in doing farm.
ឈឹម ស៊ីម ហៅ ពីន សមាជិកមនី្ទរ ក-១ បានសារភាពថា លីម នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ជឿន ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់បន្ថែម បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យខ្ជិលធ្វើស្រែ។
