In mid-December 1990, Amnesty International obtained information alleging that security forces of the parties Democratic Kampuchea the Khmer Rouge had executed some 30 members of its armed forces because they were suspected of being the ring leaders of a movement within its ranks demanding greater personal and economic freedom.
នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩០ អង្គការលើកលែងទោសបានទទួល ព័ត៌មានដែលដោះសារថាកម្លាំងសន្ដិសុខនៃបក្សកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យរឺហៅថា «ខ្មែរក្រហម» បានប្រហារជីវិតទៅលើសមាជិកនៃកងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ៣០នាក់ ដោយសារតែអ្នកទាំងនោះត្រូវជាប់សង្ស័យថាជាក្រុមដឹកនាំនៃ ចលនាតស៊ូដែលនៅក្នុងជួរទាមទារឱ្យមានសិទ្ធសេរីភាពផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និង សេរីភាពខាងផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។
