A Top Cambodian leader confirmed that three top leaders of the former Phnom Penh government were executed. Ieng Sary said that Long Boreth, the Former Prime Minister, Lon Nol, younger brother of Lon Nol, and Sirik Matak, a powerful figure, had been executed.
មេដឹកនាំកំពូលម្នាក់របស់កម្ពុជារបស់កម្ពុជាបានយល់ព្រមទទួលអំពីការប្រហារជីវិតរបស់អតីតមេដឹកនាំភ្នំពេញ៣រូប។ អៀង សារី បាននិយាយថា «ឡុង បូរ៉េត ដែលជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី លន់ ណុន ដែលជាប្អូនប្រុសរបស់ លន់ នល់ និង សិរីមតៈជាអ្នកមានអំណាចខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ត្រូវបានគេប្រហារជីវិត»។
