The new communist leaders of Cambodia began three days of celebration of their victory and a week of mourning for those killed in five years of war. The formal celebration and mourning started a week after communist-led troops took over Phnom Penh.
មេដឹកនាំបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជាថ្មី បានចាប់ផ្ដើមប្រារឰពិធីជ័យជំនះរស់ខ្លួនចំនួន៣ថ្ងៃ និង កាន់ទុក្ខចំនួនមួយសប្ដាហ៍ចំពោះអ្នកដែលស្លាក់ក្នុងសង្គ្រាម៥ឆ្នាំ។ ពិធីនេះចាប់ផ្ដើមមួយសបា្ដហ៍ ក្រោយពីកងទ័ពកុម្មុយនិស្ដគ្រប់គ្រងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
