កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Pol Pot, the head of Cambodian communist party and the country's Prime Minister, said at a new conference in Peking that the forced evacuation policy had been decided on February 1975, three months before the end of the war, and the aim was to break up spy organizations so that they cannot make use of the sabotage and trouble-making by the secret agents and thus were prevented from invading the country.
លោកប៉ុល ពត ដែលជានាយករដ្ឋមន្រÒី និងមេដឹកនាំបក្សកុម្មុយនីសកម"ុជា បានមានប្រសាសន៍នៅឯសន្និតសិទថ្មីមួយនៅប៉េ&ៈ១២៨់ំង ថាគោលបំណងនយោបាយជម្លៀសចេញដោយបង្ខំត្រូវបានធ្វើការសមេ្រចកាលពីខែកុម្ភៈឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ពីខែមុនពេលចប់សង្គ្រាម ហើយគោលបំណង គឺដើម្បីបំបែក អង្គភាពចារកម្មកុំឱ្យពួកគេយកចំណេញពីលើការបំផេ្លចបំផ្លាញ និងបង្កចលាចលដោយភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់ ហើយនិងការការពាចូលលុកលុយប្រទេស។
