Chhiem Samoeun, soldier of artillery battalion, division 310, confessed that Kaon was in Ran's traitorous network. In July 1975, Ran invited Kaon to join a meeting and received a traitorous plan to provoke conflict in unit and to destroy rice at Boeng Pra Yap; moreover, in December 1975, Ran invited Kaon and his network to join a meeting and received a plot to assassinate chiefs of division 310 committee, to persuade soldiers to escape their unit and to convince [people and combatants] to oppose to the party in January 1977.
ឈឹម សាមឿនយុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូចកងកាំភ្លើងធំ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា កោន ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់របស់ រ៉ន។ នៅខែ៧ ១៩៧៥ រ៉ន បានហៅ កោន មកប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីបក្ស អោយបង្ក ទំនាស់ក្នុងអង្គភាពបំផ្លាញផលស្រូវនៅបឹងប្រយ៉ាប។ ខែ១២-១៩៧៥ រ៉ន បានហៅ កោន មកប្រជុំទទួលផែនការណ៍ ក្បត់បក្សជាមួយបក្សពួកអោយលបបាញ់គណៈកងពល៣១០ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះ និងខ្លឹមសារវាយបក្សនៅខែ១ ១៩៧៧។
