លោក ឌិន ប្រ៊ន បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាអំពីការគាំទ្រក្នុងការអនុម័តច្បាប់ពីធន ធានមនុស្ស៨០៧ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «អនុវត្ដន៍អនុសញ្ញាអំពើប្រល័យពូជ សាសន៍ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៨៧ » ដោយថ្លែងមុនអនុគណៈកម្មការស្ដីពីអន្ដោ ប្រវេសន៍ជនភៀសខ្លួននិងច្បាប់អន្ដរជាតិរបស់គណៈកម្មធិការស្ដីពីប្រព័ន្ធ តុលាការនៃតំណាងសភាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។
