The report stated that the task of the Vietmanese experts was to impose the Vietnamese model of education on the Cambodians. the Vietnamese Minister hat the overall responsibility for educations. Than, the Vietnamese could look down on the Khmers.
ឯកសារមួយបានថ្លែងពីមុខងារនៃអ្នកជំនាញវៀតណាមដែលត្រូវបង្ខំឱ្យមាន ការសិក្សាភាសាវៀតណាមទៅលើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីវៀត ណាមត្រូវ តែមានការទទួលខុសត្រូវ គ្រប់គ្រាន់នៅលើការការអប់រំនេះ ហើយបន្ទាប់មក វៀតណាមគួរតែមើលងាយលើប្រជាជនខ្មែរ។
