This document described Amnesty Internationals's current concern about Human Rights Violations in Kampuchea. According to Amnesty International's research, political prisoners in People's Republic of Kampuchea were detained without charges or trial, or after unfair trial.
ឯកសារនេះបានរៀបរាប់ពីការលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិដែលបានបង្ហាញ អំពីការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជានាពេលថ្មីៗ។ យោងទៅតាមការ ស្រាវ ជ្រាវខាងការលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិ អ្នកទោសនយោបាយ នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជានិមិតកម្ពុជាគឺត្រូវឃុំឃាំងដោយ គ្មានការចោទប្រកាន់ រឺគ្មានការកាត់ទោស រឺ ក្រោយការកាត់ទោស ដែលអយុត្ដិធម៌។
