The purpose of this paper is to analyze the intent standard of the convention on the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide. In order to interpret what is meant by the term«intent» we have to focused on the Nuremberg trials and the final opinion of the international military tribunal.
គោលបំណងនៃលិខិតនេះគឺដើម្បីធ្វើការវិភាគទៅលើចេតនារបស់អនុសញ្ញាស្ដី ពីការបង្ការនិងការផ្ដន្ទាទោសនៃឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ដើម្បីពន្យល់ពី ន័យនៃពាក្យថា «ចេនា» គួរតែផ្ដោតទៅលើតុលាការ នូរឹមប៊ឺក និងគំនិតចុង ក្រោយនៃតុលាការយោធាអន្ដរជាតិ ។
