Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of regiment, division 117, conceded that Peou, member of Commerce in Region 106, was a relative of Second Lieutenant and Major. On March 18, 1970, Peou linked with Khuon's network. At first, Peou held the post as a comrade of Ministry of Regional Security. Owing to the turmoil in the security office, rape committed by comrade against prisoners, and married preparation for prisoners, the Angkar sent Peou to kill off soldiers. By accident, among the soldiers, there were his two relatives: Second Lieutenant and Major. Peou was reluctant and protested against the Angkar.
ឈឹម មាស ហៅ ហោះ លេខាវរសេនាធំកងពល១១៧ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ពៅ នៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់ ១០៦ មានបងប្អូន បង្កើតធ្វើជា ទាហានសក្ដិ១ និងសក្ដិ៤។ នៅក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៨-៣-៧០ ពៅបានភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ ឃួន។ ដំបូង ពៅ មាននាទីជាកម្មាភិបាល ក្រសួង សន្ដិសុខតំបន់ ដោយមានបាតុភាព ជាប់នៅក្នុងមន្ទីរសន្ដិសុខ បាតុភាព កម្មាភិបាលចាប់រំលោភអ្នកទោស រៀបចំគ្រួសារឱ្យអ្នកទោស។ ក្រោយមក អង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅកំទេចពួកទាហាន ហើយ ក៍ប៉ះចំលើបងប្អូនដែលពាក់សក្ដិ១ និងសក្ដិ៤ ពៅ ក៍មានការ ស្ទាក់ស្ទើរតវ៉ាជាមួយអង្គការមិនចង់ឱ្យកំទេច។
