Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of division 117 regiment, admitted that Khul, member of region 106, was in the secret network of Peou hiding in state rubber plantation; after that, Peou reported to Ta Ven on Khul's activity. Khul did not confess to his detail activities.
