ឌុច បានផ្ញើសំបុត្រមួយច្បាប់ទៅកាន់អ្នកទោសគឺ អាចារ្យ សៀង នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ដោយបញ្ជាក់ថារដ្ឋាភិបាលបានស្នើឱ្យចាប់ខ្លួន សៀង បណោ្ដះអាសន្ន។
