ដរាបណានៅតែមានអ្នកតស៊ូខ្មែរនិងក្រុមតស៊ូវៀតណាម សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ចិន និងសហភាពសូវៀត នោះប្រហែលជាគ្មានការព្យាយាមយ៉ាងមុតមាំ ដើម្បីបញ្ចប់ជម្លោះនៅកម្ពុជាទេ មិនថាតាមរយះកងកម្លាំងរឺចំណងការទូត អីនោះទេ។
