The interrogation process outlined in the interrogators' notes had 9 points in eliciting the answers from prisoners. At first higher ranking elements were sent to S-21, but in late 1976, S-21 became the instrument and merchanism for the elimination of Pol Pot potential personal rivals or detractors within the standing committee and Central Committee of CPK.
