Dit Pran had sent Hun Sen a letter in which he mainly concentrated on appealing to the National tribunal to bring the Khmer Rouge leaders to the court, preventing the Khmer Rouge from returning into Cambodia, and providing the ability to the Cambodian people to achieve their own destinies and other problems.
ឌិត ប្រន បានផ្ញើលិខិតមួយច្បាប់ជូនលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ដោយបាន សង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើការអំពាវនាវ ស្នើសុំអោយតុលាការអន្ដរជាតិ ធ្វើការ កាត់ទោសមេខ្មែរក្រហម ការទប់ស្កាត់ការវិលត្រលប់មកវិញ នៃពួក ខ្មែរក្រហម ការផ្ដល់លទ្ធភាពអោយប្រជានជនកម្ពុជា អាចសមេ្រច ជោគវាសនាដោយខ្លួនឯង និងបញ្ហាផេ្សងៗទៀត។
