The refugee said that there were lots of killing from day to day. the changes of district chief were always accompanied by the disappearance of village chiefs and frequently of the small teams of soldiers who supervise the villagers' work.
ជនភៀសខ្លួនបាននិយាយថា មានប្រជាជនជាច្រើនត្រូវបានសម្លាប់រង្គាលពីមួយថ្ងៃទៅមួយថ្ងៃ។ ការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគណៈស្រុកគឺតែងតែត្រូវបានជំនួសដោយការបាត់ខ្លួនរបស់មេភូមិ និង ជាញឹកញយជំនួសដោយ យោធាកងតូច អ្នកដែលគ្រប់គ្រងលើការងារអ្នកភូមិ។
