Many refugees who managed to reach the camp in Thailand told the stories of their painful conditions in Cambodia under the communist. Took him, a refugee from Cambodia said his wife and their only eight-month daughter were taken away. He was always worried that they might have been killed too.
ជនភៀសខ្លួនជាច្រើននាក់ដែលបានធ្វើការភៀសខ្លួនមកដល់ជំរុំនៅប្រទេសថៃបានប្រាប់ពីរឿងរ៉ាវដ៏សែនឈឺចាប់ពួកគេនៅកម"ុជា ក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ពួកគេកុម្មុយនិសÒ។ ទូឃីម ដែលជាជនភៀសខ្លួនម្នាក់មកពីកម"ុជា បាននិយាយថា ភរិយារបស់គាត់ និងកូនស្រីដែល&ៈ១៤២់នអាយុទើបតែ ប្រាំបីខែ ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន។ គាត់តែងតែព្រួយបារម្ភថាពួកគេក៏អាចនឹងត្រូវបានគេសម្លាប់ដែរ។
