John Pedler, consultant to the NGO forum on Kampuchea, prepared a report on the international and internal situation and the future outlook of Cambodia. The report based on the talks with senior representatives of countries concerned and Mr. Hun Sen.
ចន ភេត់លឺ ជាទីប្រឹក្សាប្រចាំសហរដ្ឋនៃអង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៅកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ទៅលើស្ថានការជាតិ និងអន្ដរជាតិ រួមនឹងការ ប្រមើ មើលអនាគតនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ របាយការណ៍គឺផ្ដោតទៅលើ កិច្ចសន្ទនាជាមួយតំណាងជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃប្រទេសដែលចូលរួមនិងលោក ហ៊ុន សែន។
