Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of division 117 regiment, confessed that Peou, working in region 106 commerce, had his siblings working as soldiers, who had ranking position from 2nd lieutenant to major. After March 8, 1970 he linked with Khoun's traitorous network and was appointed as member of New Party committee in Siem Reap province.
ឈឹម មាស ហៅ ហោះ លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ១១៧ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ពៅ នៅពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំបន់ ១០៦ មានបងប្អូន បង្កើតធ្វើទាហានសកិ្ក ១ ដល់ សក្កិ ៤។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ៨-៣-១៩៧០ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ ឃួន ហើយជាសមាជិក គណៈកម្មាធិការ បក្សថ្មីប្រចាំនៅសៀមរាប។
