Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of division 117 regiment, confessed that in 1968, San, commissioner of battalion 911, region 106, ordered Nhean and Thieng to arrest rebellious students by pointing at them. On March 18, 1970 during the rebellion in Kampong Cham province, San was responsible to defend that rebellion.
ឈឹម មាស ហៅ ហោះ លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ១១៧ បាន សារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៨ ឈ្មោះ សាន ស្នងការវរសេនាតូច ៩១១ តំបន់ ១០៦ បានដើរចង្អុលប្រាប់ ញាណ និង ធៀង ឱ្យចាប់សិស្សដែលបះបោរ។ ថ្ងៃទី១៨-៣-១៩៧០ ពេលចលនា ធ្វើបាតុកម្មនៅកំពង់ចាមបះបោរ សាន ជាអ្នកទប់ចលនានេះ។
