Chanthou Boua had interviewed Leas Lay at Watt Unalom, Phnom Penh. In the Khmer Rouge regime, he was asked to guard the field, look after cows and make baskets.
ពណ៌ ចន្ធូ បានសម្ភាសជាមួយ លាស លាយ នៅឯវត្ដឧណ្ណាឡោម ភ្នំពេញ។ នៅក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម លាយ បានឱ្យទៅយាមនៅស្រែ មើលគោ និង ធ្វើកន្ដ្រក់ប្រើប្រាស់។
